Synthesis of novel indolylarylmaleimides, bisindolylmaleimides and oxazolyl-indoles

A new method for the synthesis of indolylaryl- and heteroarylmaleimides will be presented. Our synthetic approaches towards functionalized bisindolylmaleimides and indolocarbazoles as a potent checkpoint kinase 1 inhibitors will be discussed. Synthesis of novel oxazolyl-indoles will be described.
