| Acyl chloride is a very useful reagent in the synthesis of amides and peptides. Nevertheless, the value of acyl chloride has been limited due to the possibility of hydrolysis, recemisation and other side reactions. In this presentation, a new strategy is introduced to overcome the limitation. |
