C-N functional group is one of the most important functional groups. Gold(I) and silver(I), bound by different pyridine-based ligands, efficiently catalyze olefin aziridation. Carbene insertion into benzene and intramolecular C-H amidation could also be achieved with our gold and silver system, respectively. More importantly, with modified ligand system, intermolecular C-H amidation of variety of substrates could also be achieved.
