Palladium-catalyzed synthesis of conformationally constrained small cyclic peptides via an intramolecular Suzuki coupling

Small peptides having phenyl boronic acids at the C-terminus and haloaryls at the N-terminus undergo an intramolecular Suzuki coupling to afford biaryl bridged cyclic peptides in good yields.
