Microwave synthesis of substituted 1,2,3-triazoles

1,3-Dipolar cycloaddition of trimethylsilylazide (TMSN3) with substituted acetylenes under solvent-free microwave irradiation produced the corresponding C-substituted-2N-trimethylsilyl 1,2,3-triazoles in good to excellent yield.
