| Our lab develops new methodologies for reading out information about specific proteins from living cells. In this talk we will describe new methods for labeling proteins in cells with small molecule and nanoparticle probes, single molecule imaging of receptors using quantum dots, re-engineering of streptavidin, and protein-protein interaction reporters. |
