We investigated new synthesis and purification method with hydrophobic tags "HiverTM".This method has excellent reactivity and can simplify purification steps, in addition, the reaction can be analyzed by conventional analysis method, such as TLC, HPLC, NMR. We applied this method to oligopeptide synthesis, strong base reagents, and scavenger reagents.
