Adventures in sulfur-nitrogen chemistry

A brief history of the discovery of N-sulfonyloxaziridines and sulfinimines (N-sulfinyl imines) will be presented. Recent developments in the application of sulfinimine-derived chiral building blocks for the asymmetric synthesis of amine derivatives will be discussed.
