| TEA∙3HF has been widely used to remove the tert-butyldimethylsilyl (TBDMS) protecting group from the 2' hydroxyl group of synthetic RNA oligonucleotides. We have developed alternate deprotection strategies to carry out this step. In this presentation, yields and impurity profiles obtained from these new methods will be compared to TEA∙3HF deprotection conditions.
