Synthesis of aminosugar derivatives are of great interest because amino sugar containing fatty acids are found in lipopolysaccharides of some of the microorganisms. There has been little mention of aminosugar-fatty acid library, let along it effective synthesis. We wish to describe our method for the synthesis of such useful library on 96-well plates. The method of coupling and purification is robust that thousands of compounds were prepared with good chemical purity.
