| Methods for the rapid derivatization of amines to synthesize I and II were developed as part of the title technology platform. I was synthesized from the acrylamides of resin-bound aminoacids. II was synthesized from the a-bromoacetamides of resin-bound aminoacids. The synthesis of these precursors, their reaction with amines, and cyclization to the title compounds will be presented.
