We found that combination of typical organic solvents composed of cycloalkane and quantified aprotic polar organic solvents realized an effective, biphasic thermomorphic system that enable a practical application of a solution-phase peptide synthesis. This reaction and separation media composed of non-polar cyclohexane and polar, aprotic solvents allow for extremely efficient reactions by the association of apolar products and polar substrates or catalysts in a one-phase solution, which could be spetially separated cycloalkane-based liquid phase method was compatible with a sequential flow synthesis of peptide and its derivatives.
