A novel concise total synthesis of the quinazoline alkaloids

Quinazoline alkaloids are a class of natural product showing variety of biological activities and of interests in pharmaceutical industries. An efficient approach has been developed to synthesize these natural products including fumiquinazolines, quinazolinobenzodiazepines, and vasicinones. In this presentation, we will highlight the total synthesis of these natural products.
