N-Arylsulfoximines and related species could be prepared in good to excellent yield by the palladium-catalyzed coupling of 1 with aryl chlorides under the influence of microwave irradiation. For example, coupling to 2-chlorobenzophenone 2 led to benzothiazine 3 in good yield. A number of examples of the reaction will be presented.
