| This paper demonstrates that molecular recognition between b-sheets is highly enantioselective. 1H NMR studies of pairings of peptide model systems in CDCl3 solution establish that homochiral pairing among antiparallel b-sheets occurs with >96:4 selectivity over heterochiral pairing.
